Heart of the Whale, Middelfart, 2017.
Mobile.

‘The Heart of the Whale’ is a giant brass mobile that floats gracefully above the foyer of the town hall, creating a serene presence. Viewed from the staircase, it offers a moment of quiet contemplation, while those moving beneath will feel a sense of calm from its gentle, rhythmic motion.

The brass material catches and reflects light, casting soft, sparkling flashes across the space, subtly illuminating the foyer and adding a warm, ethereal glow to the surroundings. The mobile’s tranquil movement and shimmering reflections bring a peaceful and reflective atmosphere to the heart of the town hall.
